About RowSure
One person builds it. The arithmetic is public.
RowSure is built and operated by Ibrahim Char. The same person who works on the extraction pipeline answers support messages, investigates a bank that did not read correctly, and publishes the failures beside the passes.
Why this converter exists.
A bank statement converter can produce a spreadsheet that looks perfect and still omit a transaction. Opening the file does not prove that every amount survived the trip out of the PDF. An accuracy percentage does not prove what happened to the document in front of you either.
RowSure adds a control that the document already contains: its opening balance, movements and closing balance. When those numbers reconcile, the extracted amounts are internally consistent with the statement. When they do not, the output is flagged; where running balances are printed, the first row to review can be identified.
What “accountable” means here.
Failures stay published
The proven-bank registry includes the documents RowSure refused or could not certify, with the reason. Removing the red rows would make every success easier to sell and harder to trust.
The test can be repeated
The benchmark uses public statements, publishes its method and compares vendor exports as delivered. You do not have to trust a private accuracy claim.
The limits are written down
Balance reconciliation proves arithmetic, not that a document is authentic. Dates and descriptions are extracted, not mathematically proven. Two equal and opposite errors could cancel out.
Documents are processed, not collected.
A PDF is uploaded over HTTPS, read for the requested conversion, and deleted as soon as extraction finishes. Temporary generated files and result pages expire. RowSure has no advertising pixels and no third-party analytics script; traffic is counted at the infrastructure level without handing a page view to an advertising company.
The complete path, subprocessors, storage periods and the difference between the free preflight and AI extraction are on the privacy page.
What RowSure is not.
- It is not a bank and is not affiliated with the banks whose public specimen statements appear in the benchmark.
- It is not an accounting or law firm and does not replace professional review, tax advice or legal judgment.
- Its verification record proves the arithmetic on the exact file examined; it does not authenticate who created that file.
- It does not claim every bank statement will convert. A document that cannot be delivered is refused and does not consume a paid credit.
A bank did not read correctly, or you are evaluating RowSure for a practice? Send a message. You will get an answer from the person who can change the product, not a support queue.
Send a messageTest the claim before buying anything.
Run one statement through the free verdict, inspect sample output generated from a synthetic test statement, or ask RowSure to check an Excel another converter already produced.
